    Must Organize Blogsites Soon
    Photobucket

It was yesterday when I fully grasped and felt compelled the need to organize my bogs. I have at least four blogsites. There are some that have specific purposes so I don't have to worry about them.

Too bad for me, someone who thinks a lot, I have to really organize my blogs entries and choose the right one for a particular entry. I sometimes post an entry in most blogs of mine if I feel I have to share an entry to everyone.

My favourite blogsite is in BlogSpirit.com where I post most of my thoughts, including private ones. It's an open blogsite unlike LiveJournal and Multiply. While writing these words, my brain is already trying to find ways how to fix things.

I hope I'd be able to work on this today.

    Saturday Afternoon Game

I was in the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium last Saturday afternoon watching the game between Batangas Bulls and Cebu Dolphins. I was excited because it was my first time to witness a Baseball game in the Philippines. I felt like a child in anticipation.

Before I left home to watch, I have mentioned the plan to my cousin. He warned me that I might get disappointed because I’m used to watching major leagues on ESPN with professional ballplayers. I have thought the same, but I have already prepared myself. I have set my mind that I must not compare the Filipino ballplayers with those in the MLB.

I’d say I was able to sustain the mind set, but I wasn’t able to stop myself from remembering my favourite team and players. Every pinch, every hit and every catch I saw in the field made me long to see my favourite ballplayers playing again.

I’ve missed the recent games of my favourite team because ESPN Asia wasn’t covering MLB games. Thank goodness there was an MLB Gameday.

It was fun watching the game between the Batangas Bulls and Cebu Dolphins. I was even pleased to see some drama during the game, but I won’t go into details.

    Saturday Baseball

P1120846.JPG20 June 2009. I've been looking forward to this day because of three Baseball events. First, the NY Yankees are flying to Florida to for their interleague series. Second, Baseball Philippines is hosting a series of its own. The morning match is between the Alabang Tigers and Manila Sharks while in the afternoon it's between Batangas Bulls and Cebu Dolphins.

I wanted to watch all these games. But, like what the Rolling Stones said, "You can't always get what you want." Mr. Joe Girardi was right, anything can happen in Baseball.

I woke up early to watch the live coverage of New York Yankees vs. Florida Marlins on ESPN, but I wasn't able to do so. Of all the days in the week, our cable operator chose Saturday to fix or work on something in our village. And of all the times in the day, they chose the time I've been waiting to watch the Yankees live on TV again. Thanks to MLB.com, I was able to have live updates of the game. But I always prefer the chance to see the actions and drama live.

The Yankees vs. Marlins game was set in the morning and albeit having no chance to watch the game live, I stayed in front of the computer. That meant no extra audience for the Sharks vs. Tigers, but I did come to the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium in the afternoon to watch the Bulls vs. Dolphins. I was just in time for the match.

It was an exciting experience for me being in the ballpark. It was the first time I've been to one. I was also reminded, every now and then, that two of the legends of the New York Yankees, Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth, hit home run in the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium. They were actually the first and second ballplayers, respectively, to hit home run in the stadium. How I wish the Yankees will be in the same ballpark and play. I can already imagine the pinstripes batting and pitching. I'd love to see that day!

    Another Set..

Your result for The Personality Defect Test...

    Robot

You are 57% Rational, 43% Extroverted, 43% Brutal, and 14% Arrogant.

You are the Robot! You are characterized by your rationality. In fact, this is really ALL you are characterized by. Like a cold, heartless machine, you are so logical and unemotional that you scarcely seem human. For instance, you are very humble and don't bother thinking of your own interests, you are very gentle and lack emotion, and you are also very introverted and introspective. You may have noticed that these traits are just as applicable to your laptop as they are to a human being. You are not like the robots they show in the movies. Movie robots are make-believe, because they always get all personable and likeable after being struck by lightning, or they are cold, cruel killing machines. In all reality, though, you are much more boring than all that. Real robots just sit there, doing their stupid jobs, and doing little else. If you get struck by lightning, you won't develop a winning personality and heart of gold. (Robots don't have hearts, silly, and if they did, they would probably be made of steel, not gold.) You also won't be likely to terrorize humanity by becoming an ultra-violent killing machine sent into the past to kill the mother of a child who will lead a rebellion against machines, because that movie was dumb as hell, and because real robots don't kill--they horribly maim at best, and they don't even do that on purpose. Real robots are boringly kind and all too rarely try to kill people. In all my years, my laptop has only attacked me once, and that was only because my brother threw it at me. In short, your personality defect is that you don't really HAVE a personality. You are one of those annoying, super-logical people that never gets upset or flustered. Unless, of course, you short circuit. Or if someone throws a pie at you. Pies sure are delicious.

    To put it less negatively:

    1. You are more RATIONAL than intuitive.

    2. You are more INTROVERTED than extroverted.

    3. You are more GENTLE than brutal.

    4. You are more HUMBLE than arrogant.

    Compatibility:

Your exact opposite is the Class Clown.

Other personalities you would probably get along with are the Hand-Raiser, the Emo Kid, and the Haughty Intellectual.

    *

    *

If you scored near fifty percent for a certain trait (42%-58%), you could very well go either way. For example, someone with 42% Extroversion is slightly leaning towards being an introvert, but is close enough to being an extrovert to be classified that way as well. Below is a list of the other personality types so that you can determine which other possible categories you may fill if you scored near fifty percent for certain traits.

    The other personality types:

The Emo Kid: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Starving Artist: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Bitch-Slap: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Brute: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hippie: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Televangelist: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Schoolyard Bully: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Class Clown: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Robot: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Haughty Intellectual: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Spiteful Loner: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Sociopath: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hand-Raiser: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Braggart: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Capitalist Pig: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Smartass: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

Your result for The Who Would You Be in 1400 AD Test...

    The Harlequin

You scored 45% Cardinal, 44% Monk, 50% Lady, and 41% Knight!

You are a mystery, a jack-of-all-trades. You have the king's ear, but also listen to murmurings of the common folk. You believe in the value of force and also literature. Truly you are the puzzlement of the age.

    The Ice Queen

Your result for The Social Persona Test (Version 2.5)...

    The Ice Queen (NLAF)

    Normal Liberal Alpha Female

Okay, let's face it. Some people wonder why water doesn't make you melt. However, alpha females are so rare that a little witchy-ness is worth it. You likely have strongly held convictions and care about society, politics, and the world at large, which only increases your attractiveness. Like everyone must do, just keep in mind that you may not have all the answers. And for crying out loud, don't take everything so darn seriously. Despite a difference in interests, The Lord of the Misfits is best for you, as you would never be able to put up with the Frat Boy (NLAM).

You are more NORMAL than QUIRKY.

You are more LIBERAL than TRADITIONAL.

You are more DOMINANT than PASSIVE.

When picking a date, consider: The Lord of the Misfits (QLAM)

    Post-NLE in Blogger
Gosh, it's been weeks since I made an entry here. Had a quite busy and stressful month. I really don't know what to say. All I have in my mind right now is to update this blog. What should I write? I wonder.

Maybe when I have my mind cleared from the NLE's aftermath concerns I'll be able to post something more sensible here. While I wait for that, I'll just hang around in Twitter and Plurk.
