I was checking FanFiction lately and I was thinking of submitting reviews. Too bad I wasn't able to do so. 2 reasons: problem with the url and overloaded server (?). Tsk tsk... I just hate it.
I've been looking forward to this fanfic that I've read a week ago. I really like this one because it's so nice that it could be the sequel of this particular Anime. It's not just an ordinary fanfic. It includes stuffs from ancient religion, geography and so on. So cool. I hope it's author will be able to upload the next chapters. =p

I slept late 'last night'. I actually slept at 00:55 or so. After I watched WHR, my god-sister and me practiced playing guitar. When I fell sleepy, I decided to go to sleep, besides my god-brother couldn't sleep because of the noise. =p

| Py's B-Day |
We went to Rockwell Powerplant last night to have our dinner there because yesterday was Py's birthday. We ate at a chinese restaurant in front of a japanese and beside a korean restaurant. Hehe...
After we ate there, we headed home. ^_^ Demo we went to Market!Market! first to buy Naruto CDs. I saw a shop where they sell Windstruck and Battle Royale, movies that are both controversial to me. =p I wish to watch them. T_T We were not able to buy those movies because it's my godbrother's money and it was budgeted for Naruto CDs.

| Double Birthday Celebration |
My classmate Alexis Grace Cacho and my professor Cyrus Tuppal are celebrating their birthday today.
The class bougth two Goldilocks cake for Cyrus-sensei. We used the money we've won from nursing cheering competition. Cyrus-sensei decided to share the cakes with his "future brilliant nurses" or his "trophies". He made a little speech and it was inspiring. I was touched by his message. ^_^
Alexis, on the other hand, invited the class to her house. We had videoke before we ate. But I didn't sing on the microphone. I just sang along and observed them. Some of Alex' high school classmates were also there but we (I-CN) didn't mingle with them.
I left when it was already eight o'clock. Some of my classmates also left with me. ~~~

Description
The military wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), the NPA is a Maoist group formed in March 1969 with the aim of overthrowing the government through protracted guerrilla warfare. The chairman of the CPP窶冱 Central Committee and the NPA窶冱 founder, Jose Maria Sison, reportedly directs CPP and NPA activity from the Netherlands, where he lives in self-imposed exile. Fellow Central Committee member and director of the CPP窶冱 overt political wing, the National Democratic Front (NDF), Luis Jalandoni also lives in the Netherlands and has become a Dutch citizen. Although primarily a rural-based guerrilla group, the NPA has an active urban infrastructure to conduct terrorism and uses city-based assassination squads. Derives most of its funding from contributions of supporters in the Philippines, Europe, and elsewhere and from so-called revolutionary taxes extorted from local businesses and politicians. First designated in August 2002. Designations by the United States and the European Union may have had an impact on funding.
Activities
The NPA primarily targets Philippine security forces, politicians, judges, government informers, former rebels who wish to leave the NPA, rival splinter groups, and alleged criminals. Opposes any US military presence in the Philippines and attacked US military interests, killing several US service personnel, before the US base closures in 1992. Press reports in 1999 and in late 2001 indicated that the NPA is again targeting US troops participating in joint military exercises as well as US Embassy personnel. The NPA claimed responsibility for the assassination of two congressmen from Quezon in May 2001 and Cagayan in June 2001 and many other killings. In January 2002, the NPA publicly expressed its intent to target US personnel if discovered in NPA operating areas.

Slowly growing; estimated at more than 10,000. This number is significantly lower than its peak strength of around 25,000 in the 1980s.

Operates in rural Luzon, Visayas, and parts of Mindanao. Has cells in Manila and other metropolitan centers.

| Stressed |
What a week I will have! It's gonna be a bloody busy week.
I think I'm stressed, about school (Oi, first time!), the coming Animax event and some other things. I hate it. This is doing bad for my health.
As for school: I dare not to fail. I don't know. I think I'm having a little adjustments. I'm not quite sure about this.
Animax event: Animax Robo-Dream 2005 is on friday! Yeah, this friday and I still haven't made up my mind if I should cosplay or not. T_T I better have some objective rationale. And I have to do it fast.
Take it or leave it. Learn to decide on moments like this. Life is a war.
I really need to have a moment with myself so I can decide well. And I just hope that I won't get sleep.=p |
